Off-label

  • Sildenafil: 
    • Raynaud phenomenon or digital ulcerations associated to systemic sclerosis
    • Accelerate healing of chronic + non-healing skin ulcers in patients with antiphospholipid antibodies
  • Hypersensitivity
  • Patients on nitrates or nitric oxide donors
  • * Precaution with history of myocardial infarction, angina, hypo- / hypertension
  • Headache
