Vinblastine

  • Binds to tubulin = microtubule inhibitor; cell arrest in metaphase

  • Kaposi sarcoma
  • Keratoacanthoma

  • Pregnancy & lactation
  • Immuno-suppression
  • Vascular compromise

  • Pain, inflammation. blistering, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
  • Unclear if systemic absorption occurs
