Formulations 

  • Topical 60-90%

Dosage 

  • Thin layer to each wart; endpoint is white ‘frost’ (denatured proteins), applied in-office 3x / week until resolution

  • Hydrolysis of proteins, inflammation and cell death; not specific to virally infected cells, so can destroy normal tissue

Off-label

  • Anogenital warts, verruca vulgaris

  • Local pain, ulceration
