Podofilox 0.5% gel or 0.15% cream
Dosage
Patient applied twice daily x 3 consecutive days with 4-day rest period and repeated weekly for 4 weeks

podophyllotoxin
Podophyllotoxin
is an antimitotic agent that arrests cells in metaphase by reversibly binding tubulin
