Dosage
- Patient applied twice daily x 3 consecutive days with 4-day rest period and repeated weekly for 4 weeks
- Extract from Mayapple plant: active ingredient is podophyllotoxin
- Podophyllotoxin is an antimitotic agent that arrests cells in metaphase by reversibly binding tubulin

- Podofilox does NOT contain quercetin or kaemperol which are known mutagens
