Intralesional Immunotherapy
Formulations and Dosage
Skin Antigens (Candida, Mumps, Trichophyton)
Treatment regimen is injection every 2-4 weeks with 0.1-0.3 mL of Candida antigen at the base of the largest lesion, or divided into multiple lesions
Mechanism of Action
Candida antigen stimulates production of T-helper cytokines that activate cytotoxic and NK cells which combat human papilloma virus
Indications
Off-label
Verruca vulgaris and anogenital warts
Molluscum contagiosum
Side Effects
Overall, well tolerated, can have injection site pain, erythema, pruritus

Injection of one wart often results in resolution of other distant warts
