Interactions
↑ toxicity with CYP3A4 inhibitors: macrolides, protease inhibitors, azole antifungals, grapefruit juice
Monitoring & other
Can prescribe Benztropine or diphenhydramine to ↓ SE
If history of cardiac arrhythmia or conduction abnormality 🡪 ECG pre & post treatment indicated
