Dopamine & serotonin receptor antagonists (more selective than typical antipsychotics)
Indications
Increasingly being used for delusional parasitosis 🡪 lower risk of tardive dyskinesia & QT prolongation than Pimozide

All: Sedation, ↑ QT interval
Risperidone: Anxiety, dizziness, rhinitis, ↑ prolactin
Metabolic syndrome & anticholinergic (olanzapine, clozapine)
