Becker’s nevus

Not a true melanocytic nevus (the number of melanocytes is often normal or only slightly increased); Becker nevus is often associated with a smooth muscle hamartoma and clinically resembles a large melanocytic nevus.
Acanthosis and mild hyperkeratosis
Hypertrichosis and variable sebaceous hyperplasia
Regular elongation of the epidermal ridges with basal hyperpigmentation. The ridges are flattened at the base.
