LEGEND

Epidermotropism is absent or very minimal.

  • Epidermis may be normal or may exhibit spongiosis and/or mild vacuolar interface dermatitis

T-cell pseudolymphoma

CD3 expression is positive

T-cell pseudolymphoma

CD2, CD5, and CD7 expression is normal

Here is an example of CD2 positivity

T-cell pseudolymphoma

Here is an example of CD5 positivity

T-cell pseudolymphoma

Here is an example of CD7 positivity

T-cell pseudolymphoma

Normal CD4:CD8 ratio

Here is the expression of CD4 which is positive

It is important to note that CD4 also stains histiocytes, which can make the expression appear more intense.
