Juvenile Xanthogranuloma


LEGEND
Diffuse infiltrates composed of histiocytes, multinucleated giant cells, foamy histiocytes, and Touton giant cells.
The infiltrate may also contain lymphocytes and eosinophils, particularly if the juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) is recent or represents a young lesion.
Touton giant cells: Multinucleated giant cells with peripheral foamy cytoplasm and a central ring of nuclei.
