LEGEND
Unlike pustular psoriasis, a greater presence of eosinophils, edema of the papillary dermis, and sometimes necrotic keratinocytes is observed.
Spongiosis with formation of subcorneal or intraepidermal pustules. There is typically accentuation around hair follicles and at the level of the acrosyringium.
